This form is to register yourself to SELL during the February 2012 swap. You only need to fill out this form once. Once you have filled it out, proceed to the Item Registration Form, which you will need to fill out once for each item you submit.

Registration for February 2012 Sprout Swap is now closed. Please join us for shopping on February 18, 9:30am-5:30pm and Sunday, February 19, 1-5:30pm. Shopping is open to everyone!
