Swap Item Registration – February 2012

Registration is closed for the February 2012 Swap. Please check back with us in July for our next Swap opportunity.

Thanks for getting involved with our Swap! This page is used to register the items you wish to sell. If you haven’t already, please enter your personal information on our Swap Sign Up form, then come back and register your items. In order to register your items, you will need to fill out this page once for every item or bundle of items you are submitting. Look below the form for additional registration instructions. If you have a large number of items you may also send us your own spreadsheet created to our specifications below.

You may, and we do encourage you to, package like items together in bundles. Only bundle items that match in both size and brand! For example, do not bundle Thirsties and Bummis Wraps together, even if they match in size. Also, do not bundle Bummis Wraps that are not the same size. Each bundle of items only needs to be entered once in this form. If you are entering multiple similar bundles or multiple products that are the same to be sold individually, you need to fill out the form once for each of those items.

Only items submitted through this form will be given item numbers for tracking and selling. We will not accept items priced under $2. Items with a minimum value of less than $2 may be donated to our $1 bin, items that have a minimum price set at $2 or lower will removed and put in the $1 Bin. Diapers and other items that are in poor condition or have no resale value can be placed in this bin. $1 Bin items do not need to be entered in this form, and the proceeds will be used to offset advertising and other costs associated with the swap. On the last day these items are offered for FREE!

Once your items are entered here, you may drop them off at Sprout Soup during our regular business hours. Tag the bag or box of your items with your unique id. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions!

Want to make your own spreadsheet? If you have a lot of items it might be easier for you to make your own spreadsheet with the necessary information. Please use the following format, then either email the spreadsheet to us or upload it as a Google Document and send us the link.
