Solarveil is a specially designed polyester woven together in such a way that 70-80% of UVA and UVB rays can be blocked. UVA and UVB are the parts of sunlight that can cause burning and skin damage. A double layer of Solarveil can prevent up to 95% of these harmful rays. Because of these unique properties, Solarveil can be considered as effective as sun-block with SPF 30.

Cool for summer, with a unique heat reducing property. Because part of the sun's heat is in it's invisible rays, namely the infrared radiation in this case, Solarveil fabric can actually keep you cooler. And for the rays that aren't blocked, the open weave of the fabric allows air to easily pass through.
