Beco Butterfly 2

The Beco Butterfly is truly a carrier that will take you from birth through toddler-hood. With its padded waist strap and easy to use buckles, this carrier can take the weight. All of our Beco Butterfly carriers are the Beco Butterfly 2! The original Beco Butterfly is not being produced anymore. The most notable feature of a Butterfly 2 as compared to the original Butterfly is the adjustable and removable infant insert with which you can change the height of it as your baby grows, giving them the ability to sit securely in the carrier no matter their size. Most children are able to graduate out of the infant insert between 8 and 12 weeks of age, and then the insert can be completely removed while the child uses the larger integrated seat.

The hood on the Butterfly II is curved to better fit your child''s head and it secures into the carrier with snaps under a small flap on the top of the Beco Butterfly carrier.

Sprout Soup has offered a few Custom Butterfly II fabrics in the past including Dylan, Aimee, Alice, Riley, Sky Temple and Morgan. Limited numbers of these carriers were made, but they are no longer in production and so are very hard to find. On occasion Sprout Soup receives a few of these HTF carriers and may be able to make them available to you. Feel free to contact us for more information.
