What makes the GroVia Hybrid unique is the snap in soaker. When it is time to change the baby, simply pull out the wet soaker and snap in a dry one! The luxurious organic cotton soakers are some of the most absorbent, natural fibers out there, creating a trim, yet absorbent diaper.

The outside, waterproof portion of any diaper is the most expensive piece. The GroVia Hybrid allows you to reuse the outside of the diaper and just replace the inside at each diaper change. The unique shell of the GroVia Hybrid has a mesh liner, allowing it to dry quickly and help circulate air around your baby, keeping him more comfortable. As long as your shell is not soiled, you can continue to use it throughout the day.

The GroVia Hybrid is a one-size diaper. It will fit most babies from 8 to 30 pounds. Our customers report that the cotton inner may be a bit bulky for tiny newborns, but to get through this stage some of our customers have used small fitted diapers or infant size prefolds inside the GroVia shell. This will drastically reduce the cost of your child's diapers!

For a newborn baby we recommend at least 8 GroVia shell sets and a total of 36 soakers, or purchase infant sized prefolds or bamboo fitted diapers. As your baby gets older, you will need less shells and more GroBaby soaker pads. For a baby between 4 and 6 months of age you will want to have 30 soaker pads and 8 shells. For a baby around 12 months you will need 24 soaker pads and 6 shells.
