Six Months

Charlotte six month birthday was last month. She is now full of energy, and loves to explore and play. I bought her a few half birthday presents that were all a big hit.
Her favorite right now is the Ladybug Bead by Plan Toys. It is a simple wooden toy, shaped like a ladybug. On the underside there is a row of round beads, that are perfect for little fingers. It is a great size for her little hands to learn how to grab. Like all her toys she loves to chew on it, and I’m glad it is safe for her little gums.
I also bought her a set of stacking cups by Green Toys. Right now, she enjoys kicking over the stack that mom and dad build, but this set will last her a long time. She can learn how to count, and match colors. The set can be used to teach math, as the cups are proportionate.
Her last half birthday toy was a cat animal rattle by Blabla. Since she loves chewing on fabric this a great addition to her toy collection. For Christmas I am thinking about getting her Blabla’s Otto the Rocker, since he looks a bit like Dad.
